I was nervous about going to a gynecologist because I’ve had some bad experiences elsewhere in the past. However, from the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. I had a question about my insurance, and the manager happened to be at the front desk. She was kind enough to take the time to answer my questions and helped me better understand my coverage, which I really appreciated. Don’t go here they left my daughter in the waiting room for 2 hours!!! They forgot about her! I’m furious the nurses are rude as hell avoid this so called ob
If I could put zero stars I would. I went through one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a medical office at this clinic. I was a new patient & requested a regular checkup (check hormone levels, talk to doctor about general concerns, etc). This would be my first appointment with a gynecologist. Luckily I was able to get in same day since they had a cancellation which I was grateful for.
