What an awful experience. I hired Magnolia about a year and a half ago to make me a new leg that has hurt constantly and never fit properly. I have continued to wear my old leg. When I needed new sleeves for my old leg, I called and requested them and they said they would get it taken care of. 10 weeks later I called the asking for an update and they said “oh you need to go to get a doctors Prescription” you would think that sometime in that 10 weeks they could’ve called me and told me!? What a pleasant surprise! My Neurosurgeon Dr. Waguespack ordered a custom made back brace from these dedicated people at Magnolia Medical. I spoke with a wonderful woman named Katrina! Yes. For once this beautiful name matched the woman and NOT THE DISASTER / Hurricane! I was greeted by four wonderful people who made me feel as if God Himself had sent me His Angels.
