My daughter has grown tremendously with Kim and Sherry at Magnolia Therapy group. She went from a tiny NICU baby to now 11 months old and has met all of her developmental growth milestone despite being premature. Kim and Sherry are both a delight to work with, professional, punctual, extremely informative and detailed. Now that our daughter is graduating PT, we are going to miss these wonderful ladies. Thank you for all you have done for our little girl! The Pennix family!
We have Denise for our in home PT! We have been working with her for a little less than a year! It has been the best thing ever. She sees both of my twin boys in home! Denise is always on time and making sure to send our reminder texts the day before. My experience with Magnolia Therapy was disappointing to say the least. The turnover rate among therapist assistants was high, and their lack of professionalism was evident. I received last-minute cancellations via text message on 17 occasions from one therapist assistant within a year. This was not only unprofessional but also incredibly inconvenient given the fragile health of my children. Parents, please reconsider your choice for a therapy group! Our 7 month old twins have been receiving services for both PT and OT at our home in Cowpens. When we mentioned to each therapist that they will be starting daycare soon, they told us that they would “work it out” with the daycare for dates/times for visits.
