I called on Friday for an appointment on Monday. The guy barely speaks English and it was difficult to determine whether or not he understood that I was making an appointment at 6 o'clock on Monday. I call Monday around lunch time to confirm it and he tells me to go to a different massage place near by. I arrive and they have no idea about the appointment and can't get me in.
