Severely outdated from the exterior to the interior. Black mold found thru out the facility and in residents rooms. Very foul urine odor as soon as you come thru the entrance. Water stains on ceilings. Signs of age and wear. Housekeeping staff needs to pay attention to other areas to be cleaned, besides waxing and buffing the floors.
