Magnolia is NOT a service-oriented business, they simply sell good products.We purchased a new MF tractor and have looked at their Ranger line. The tractor has performed very well, a credit to Massey. Alot of personal research has shown that the Ranger is the ATV to buy, but Magnolia isnt big on customer service. I sold myself on the tractor and Ranger, they dont seem that customer-oriented, answering questions vaguely and avoid giving costs for services.
