First let me say the office staff is exemplary. But, it goes downhill from there. I had to call the office more than a few times over the course of our lawn service. Sometimes they would forget to mow our back lawn, or miss spots on our front, not spray for weeds, not edge areas. For the whole winter they never blew the leaves out of our beds which they finally did in the Spring. Well, I've waited about 9 months to post this review after hiring another weed control and fertilization company to make sure that Magnolia Lawn was in fact as bad as I thought they were. First minor issue I had with them - they told me that they would be able to mow the yard while doing weed control/fertilization. Two months later they call and tell me that they can no longer service our yard for maintenance because we are too far away.
