TERRIBLE service, product and quality I would never recommend this company to anyone. We had plantation shutters installed in our brand new house. The product and installation we received is far from acceptable. We have visible screws and screw holes all over our window frames and large gaps between the shutters and windows. Their customer service has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. We are extremely unhappy.
excellent customer service! Mandy Frye knows her window treatments. So far we have dome six windows and there are many more! Products are high quality and choices are endless!
