TERRIBLE service, product and quality I would never recommend this company to anyone. We had plantation shutters installed in our brand new house. The product and installation we received is far from acceptable. We have visible screws and screw holes all over our window frames and large gaps between the shutters and windows. Their customer service has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. We are extremely unhappy.

Her ideas were helpful and she steered me the right way. Once my shades were ready, Thomas, my installer, did a very professional job and was easy to work with.
