Hidden gem
HOA employees act like @$$holes. Stay away from this place, don't buy these overpriced piles of rubble. Before moving here, walk around and ask the neighbors what it's really like here. Knock on the door and just ask 3 of it's residents randomly. The toilets run constantly when the main valve is turned on, so in order to use the commode, you have to turn the water on at the valve, wait for it to fill up, flush, then turn it off.
