This has to be one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Went to pick up a ring repair and they put a fake diamond in my wife's ring then said they would put the real one in and broke the prongs then told me to pick up the ring the owner said she could not fix it after breaking it twice and kept my deposit I rushed over on Xmas eve per her instructions and got the broken ring (no prongs that were broke off) and then the owner went back on her word and kept my money.
