IThis would be a much better place if management was able to enforce the rules! What good is it to establish rules and NEVER enforce them? It is beyond me that code enforcement hasn't done anything about people and their belongings blocking the walkways. It seems like someone should know that by asking the problem-makers to leave, much better people would stay here. If you are looking for a place where guests are free to walk around the property doing/sharing/selling their drugs, then this is the place for you.

I am currently In the room and have seen multiple roaches the bed sheets where not clean in are room a found a dead roach in my bed this is unacceptable

These are some of the sweetest people I’ve ever met that own this place. Very clean room, a pool that is clean & not green & it feels safe even with the long term residents there
