Extremely disappointed with our experience with Magnolia Home customer service. We purchased a footed bowl online, upon receiving the package we opened it up to find it was smashed. There was no bubble wrap or any sort of protection around the bowl when it was delivered. We then sent an email asking for either a replacement or refund and no response.
Really nice shop but SO uncomfortable being in there, staff watch you and follow you around as if your a criminal or something.
Always find what i need here, great for gifts ! Love it and love the staff very helpful
