I have lived at Magnolia Hills for five years and I absolutely love that place. The apartments are so spacious, very close to the university, and the pool and balcony are my favorites. We have the ABSOLUTE BEST property manager, Jennifer McCone. She is incredible! Every time I needed any help, she was prompt to help, and always went above and beyond to make sure everything worked well. She is by far the best, and the reason why I recommend this place to everyone I know.

Our son has lived at Magnolia Hills for the past year, and I can't say enough good things, especially about Jennifer. She has gone over and above to help us out countless times. She's super well organized, professional, and is basically the nicest person on the planet. We're so appreciative of everything she has done and would highly recommend Magnolia Hills to anyone who's considering living there.

Just graduated, lived here for 3 years, would be more if I was still in school. Jennifer made sure all the service requests were responded to promptly, and she was able to place packages inside my door, and was able to change my heat / ac a few times while I was gone. I was able to make it to my classes and the bars within 10-15 mins due to its proximity to campus and aggieville. Definitely recommend this for any student looking for a place to stay.

I lived here for three years through college and I loved it. It’s a short distance from campus and Aggieville. The landlord Jennifer was always quick to respond with questions or concerns and made the whole experience while living here great!
