Let me start with the fact that Dr. Tonya is great at what she does and is a good primary care doctor. I've went to Magnolia for the care of my daughter for the past few months and my experience has been pretty good. I would have preferred to give only 3.5 stars for the rating of the clinic, with the reduction being because of their insensitivity along with their $100 charge due to their no show policy. I missed my appointment due to death in the family and was immediately charged - no questions asked. I'm glad that I don't ... read more

Love Tonya and the whole practice. I started seeing her for myself but I’m switching my kids over as well! Tonya and her staff actually care, they get back with you, she’s proactive and I couldn’t be more thankful to find an office like this.

Have had 2 visits here so far with my son, one appointment we had to wait over an hour before being seen. And now I had to cancel an appointment because we had a death in the family and they want to charge 100 because the 24 hour window was missed by 3 hours. I'll pay the 100 but you've lost a customer and made an advocate against your business for life. Hope it's worth the 100$.
