If you are looking for a pediatrician who is relaxed about vaccinations, Tonya/Joey are great. Their wait time for the first consultation appointment is pretty lengthy. I think we had to wait about 1.5 months to get in. But once you’re in you're good. Here’s the downside. It’s not actually kid friendly. Their waiting room is not great for toddlers. They have a separate lil lounge for “aesthetic” patients. It would be nice if they would use that for kids instead. So waiting in the lobby is always a stressor. Other than that w... read more
Find a different practice... Short version- office made an error with the medical coding. Brought to their attention 4 times & all 4 times promised it would be taken care of. A $1198.16 error. Ultimately had to file a complaint with the BBB & amazingly enough, 20 minutes after complaint was sent to the office, received call from Haiden to inform me that SUPPOSEDLY she corrected thier mistake. No accountability, no apology, Hard to say you care about your patients when you are the ones causing these kind of issues. Everyone m... read more
