The staff is friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help. They have lots of private rooms and many places for the residents to meet with family and friends. They have a large courtyard and a great activities department. The nurse staff connect with the people they serve and know everyone by their first name.
It's alright, I get what I need. Samantha is good, she got you for everything.
I think this place has come a long way ,DON,staffing coordinator, Hr and all other departments now working together,promoting team work,which makes it easier for nurses and CNAs to work together to provide proper patient care, so that the residents can be happier,they listen to the residents and fix any issues that they have concerning,staff,other residents or ext.team work makes the dream work,
DPE helped with my phone. The food could be better.
