Michelle is wonderful. Her help has been invaluable - both with cleaning and household management tasks. We appreciate her reliability, flexibility, and responsive communication. It is such a gift to come home to a clean house with a few more things checked off the TO DO list. We also appreciate her awareness of individual preference regarding how something is cleaned or a task is accomplished. We all have our idiosyncrasies and we value her willingness to understand and honor them.
