They is very racist and overworked and underpaided

Could hardly get a return call. We left voicemails about what was included in our service and would never hear back. I had to call about other things we were not happy about - first fall cleanup; they blew the mountain of leaves in our backyard to the sides of our privacy fence instead of blowing it out of the fence or removing completely.
