Spend over $2000 on a new garage door. Less than 1.5 years later the motor breaks (January 2024). Takes 7 months for them to send a technician out to tell me the new motor would need to be replaced. I call and leave message after message and no one ever calls back. Always an excuse that they are short on technicians and the owner is out on a job. Used Magnolia Glass last year to replace a spring on my garage door. I feel like we were over charged and now a year later we are replacing the same spring. I believe they must have used a used part because this should have lasted several more years. I would not recommend this company.

I hired Magnolia Glass to replace all of my windows and patio door. They did a great job! My windows and patio doors are beautiful! everyone was so nice. They left my home inside and out sparkling clean!Thank you!
