My mother in law has been here since June. She’s had at least 9 black eyes and forehead. She has dementia. I have NEVER SEEN A NURSE CHANGE A PATIENT SINCE IVE BEEN GOING THERE. THEY SAY THEY HELP HER EAT , since I’ve had the place investigated she’s lost 40#’s in two months. She got put in the care of DSS. They don’t even go check on her.
