Ordered a corsage and boutonniere for my daughter's junior prom..Was nothing at all like what we discussed over the phone. My family and I had to come into town for a death in our family and the funeral home that we were using suggested this florist to us for the casket flower so when we called to get the flowers she had us to come to the shop and look at the pamphlets she had so we could decide on what we wanted. She explained at that time that with it being Valentine weekend that she didn't have alot of the flowers left that we requested but that they would do there best to get what we wanted. This flower shop is awesome!!! They are local so they know the area and they really go out of their way to help you - so unlike the dot com flower shops. So friendly and outstanding customer service! When I needed to send balloons to my grandfather in rehab, they didn't hesitate, even though they were out of helium at the time... they made it happen - same day! I just can't praise them enough - thank you Magnolia Flower Basket!!
