My son, who has autism purchased a bunch of flowers for Mothers Day. He spent over $40. I never do this, but I have to say that what he received was appalling . The bunch was tiny, I understood that prices increase dramatically on Mothers day but to sell dead and past their best flowers is not ok. The flower we ordered does not match the one shown on their website – not even the packaging is the same. As an excuse, they claim they couldn't reach us by phone and sent an email instead. When I ask why they didn’t try to contact us via email in the first place, they give completely nonsensical answers. They are not honest.
My son ordered and pre paid for bunch of 6 long stem red roses. They had given away his bunch and gave a a bunch just sitting in shop. These roses looked wilted and old. When showing proof of payment $120 and order history I was dismissed. Very disappointed and will not be going back. Poor customer service .
Ordered flowers and they didn't deliver them. The reason given was because they forgot as they were too busy. Special day ruined. Good luck with Valentines Day
