I was extremely disappointed with the flowers that were sent to my Aunt as they were not what I ordered online. The arrangement that was pictured on their website, was a completely different design to the one i chose. I accepted that some of the flowers may not be available but the design was not what I chose. Rather the flowers design that were delivered were very ordinary. They cost $80 plus $15 delivery locally only a 5 minute drive away from the florist. Sadly I would not recommend this florist.
The flowers were so beautiful, it’s definitely the best that I’ve had delivered and I’ll be using them from now on. Thank you
Honestly I couldn’t be happier the arrangement was gorgeous & nothing was a problem & belive me I’m fussy. This florist had a life long customer!!
I’ve been here twice now, and the first time I received fantastic customer service. However this second time has been very disappointing. Being on a time crunch due to travel, I placed an order online for pick up the next morning, only to turn up to a very confused employee. I attended the flower workshop this weekend and it was such a great experience. The value for money was fantastic, I came home with 2 large arrangements which I could easily separate into 2 smaller ones and 1 large one. It was great to learn how to style flowers but what was the best was the vibe, it felt like you were a part of their family, it was such a welcoming environment from the moment I arrived.
