I have had a wonderful experience with Magnolia for 4 years now. The app is so easy and helpful and I can do almost every transaction and change I need to make on it. Calling in and getting a local person is wonderful too. Never had a problem or had to wait at a branch. Prior to ending shared branching lines were long and people in line were rude. I have been a member since 2011 and have gone through some rough financial times and Magnolia has always come through to assist. In addition, Magnolia Federal Credit Union's Loan Process is very simple, easy, and quick with no hassles! The technology for all of their banking has gotten really awesome over the years! I love the small-time banking atmosphere and is always greeting when I go into the Main branch on Briarwood as well as the on Hwy 51.

I became a member of the Jackson VA Federal Credit Union (now Magnolia Federal Credit Union) over 20 years ago. I have sung their praises over the last two decades to anyone moving their bank account, opening a new one, or looking for a loan. Twenty years I ago I had every confidence in the world in this credit union. Terrible customer service for loans. I applied online and was approved for a side by side loan. I was told the terms of the loan over the phone. When I called to make an appt to sign off on the paperwork I was asked if I had a Mississippi drivers license. I said no because I have only lived here a couple of months and due to Covid the DL office hasn’t been accepting any appointments and that is why I haven’t obtained one yet. My name is ******** ******* and I have been an account holder with this bank since 2007. I called this morning and spoke with a customer service rep and was unhappy to the point that I have decided to close my account there. I called to state that my account was overdrawn due to the fact that ********* Mortgage took out my mortgage twice due to a computer glitch. This is one company that I regret dealing with. They have reported me to the credit bureau for #3 - 30 day ****'s; 1 for $12, 1 for $45, and 1 for $70.00. They repoed my truck for almost being 30 days late. They never send letters to inform you of anything. They use unprofessional AA in collections who are haters to send you 2 emails when you get 3 weeks behind on an autoloan. I had an auto loan with ********* for 3 years; never late. I can not access my funds. There’s an available balance but it’s not allowing me to withdraw. All weekend long , same thing! One ATM gave an error message and said I’ve reached my daily limit. (Hadn’t withdrawn a thing) Another ATM said it was unable to complete the transaction. Of course no one is available over the weekend to help! This is bad business! I had surgery a few days ago. Couldn’t even withdraw my OWN FUNDS for items I needed
