I had a really great experience here today. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was clear, polite, and easy to talk to, which set the tone right away. I was seen right at my appointment time, which I really appreciated. As a new patient, I expected things to feel a little rushed or surface-level, but it didn’t feel that way at all. Professional, knowledgeable, cute and clean office. Great group of women at Magnolia!
I have seen Dr Green before and she was very nice and heard my concerns before. Today I seen the other new provider, and felt like I was annoying her & just felt no sympathy from her as I told her my problems and mentioned that my son was diagnosed with cancer and didn’t see sympathy from her in any way. She came off in a way rude and just felt like she had an attitude. Dr Green and her staff have always been very nice. Just didn’t like my experience with the new provider.
Rude and yelled they are not taking tenn care patients when asking simple questions
