This clinic was unfortunately the worst doctor appointment I have ever had. After 2 back to back emergency room trips it was suggested that I try to find a primary care doctor. I came to this clinic in search of that. I had high hopes that Shelly Hargrove would be able to help me. I had a really great experience here today. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was clear, polite, and easy to talk to, which set the tone right away. I was seen right at my appointment time, which I really appreciated. As a new patient, I expected things to feel a little rushed or surface-level, but it didn’t feel that way at all.
