Incredibly kind and patient staff! Be a good patient though. Practice holding your tongue in place to block your esophagus. Try your best to breath normally out of your nose. I was truly so impressed with this dental office! The staff was so helpful and friendly, and the doctor was wonderful. She was so gentle and explained everything she was going to do before she did it, which helped put me at ease. The hygienist was the absolute best! She was so knowledgeable, very thorough and so sweet! I definitely found my new dental office!
Our insurance changed and our current dentist was now out of network but luckily Magnolia Family Dental was! My daughters went first and had great experiences with the entire staff. Now it was my turn and my experience was also great! The facility is state of the art with the most modern equipment and the entire staff was wonderful and friendly. As someone who has never been to the dentist before, I was a little nervous. Dr. Adam’s was very caring, friendly, and calming. She explained everything professionally and clearly for me to understand. I received an estimated cost of the procedures being done, which was very much appreciated. I had a pleasant experience with everyone in the office from the start to finish. My dental hygienist was great as well. Thank you!
I'm SO glad I stumbled upon this practice. What an excellent judgement free dental office I can't get over it. Dr Lena Adams is so incredibly kind, as are their hygienists who seem to just want the best for their patients. The dentist is never anyone's favorite place but this office is a good one!
