Initially, great experience. When it came to the contractors putting the house together, the dirt pad, and making repairs requested on the 30day list, it became a nightmare. We filed the 30 day list and still haven't seen anyone come out to make repairs. We've basically decided to call contractors to make repairs to include the floor seam being off, repair mold damage not done, and make roof repairs that shouldn't be an issue. I honestly have a whole list of complaints, but they fell on deaf ears previously.
Jeff and I never thought in a million years we’d be home owners but Zack Rust thought different! From the day we walked into Magnolia Estates of Pearl on July 15th until closing day on September 10th Zack Rust went above and beyond to making our dreams come true.
