Clean but 2 diifferent parks with the same name with different street #s, ,so 2 of each lot #, ive had many of my packages delivered in the past to the wrong address bc of this. Why they are not numered in one sequence but have a douplicate makes no sense. No swingsets allowed, no covered metal garages so my car has many leaking/ water damage problems bc it rains a lot here, Louisiana is the 2nd rainiest state in the US, so not being able to have a covered metal garage is very costly for auto repairs. Neatly kept quiet neighborhood right across the street from Claiborne Elementary. The landlords are great.. very prompt when things needed fixing and just sweet kind folks. Highly recommend renting here 🙂
