I was highly involved with Magnolia Homes building a home in Spicewood TX for my brother in law who is moving here from out of state. I have had multiple homes built overt the years both in TX and other states. I have to say that Magnolia has done an excellent job across the board. They were instrumental in helping the design process with the changes we wanted to make and were very reasonable with the cost of the changes. Where to start. I have purchased many properties over the years. Many new properties.
