I would give a zero rating if possible. My aunt was visiting from out of town. She had problem hearing due to ear wax. I scheduled an appointment for her at Magnolia ENT. She saw an assistant who used a suction device to clean her ears. She was told that flushing her ears with water can only be done by the doctor. Her hearing did not improve. They called again this week for her insurance info that she already gave to them twice. Also, registering by phone did not good as they gave her paperwork to fill out when she arrived. ... read more
