Dr. Livermore told me that I was exaggerating my symptoms, mocked me in front of my face to a med student (who entered the room without asking and he was incredibly rude to her as well), and essentially said I was making it all up. He instructed me to do the wrong steps for scoping my throat, causing immense pain. Condescendingly offered me a medication to basically just shut me up. Staff is super sweet, but they NEVER get me in at my appt time. It's usually at LEAST 30 mins of waiting, and today it was an HOUR. Appt at 1130, and then they got me back at 1235 when I finally asked what was going on. If you've got flexibility in your schedule, they're great, but if you work for a living and are trying to schedule things on your lunch break, I would avoid this office.
She is awesome and funny and really cares about her patients!!
Very kind and welcoming employees. Doc explained everything thoroughly and in a clear manner so I knew exactly what the problem was and their plan to help me. Great experience!
