Staff were friendly and professional, but there was a problem I made an appointment and I had to cancel the policy states $90 for cancellation 24 hours late well I canceled the day before it was not near 24 hours. I had to do that twice due to transportation and I explained that when I first made the appointment I was totally would be fine. Well I got a bill for $182 for not canceling before 24 hours which I did. I will definitely becoming back everyone in the office was very nice and knowledgeable.
I needed to find a ENT and I’m glad I found Magnolia. The staff is super friendly and well organized that signing in was a breeze. Mrs. Natalie took care of me and answered all my questions and concerns.
Staff was very professional and courteous. Including Receptionist, Nurse and Nurse Practitioner. Was able to get a quick appointment and I am very satisfied with the care and support I received.
