Every staff member was sincerely interested in the appointment and the details to make it as smooth as possible. The Dr. and all were very courteous and listened to what I (the [patient) had to say. Office and patient areas were every neat and clean. All in all, a stress free environment. Of all the various dental profession appointments I have had, I actually enjoyed this one!! I work with Dr. Munn professionally and I can truly say from a clinical perspective. She is an amazing clinician. She has amazing technical skills paired with a soft and gentle, personal touch. My patience always come back, saying Rave reviews from her treatment and she has an excellent bedside manner. I will continue to send her patience, and if you’re in doubt on who to do your root canal, you should actually consider Joyce Munn. Second visit to Magnolia Endodontics / Dr. Munn. From the moment I entered office, I was warmly greeted by front staff (remembered me from previous visit). Efficient check in process/preparation for procedure. Dr. Munn is kind, compassionate and expertly skilled at what she does. She routinely asks if everything is ok / tolerating procedure while working. Her team works well together and support each other. I had to have a root canal, Dr. Munn did a fantastic job. I didn't feel anything. They were very kind with great bedside manner helped me to feel completely at ease and comfortable. I would highly recommend.
So, as a rule, I do not leave reviews. That being said, I had to leave one for Magnolia Endodontics. The front office staff I met when I walked in were joyful and caring. Everyone had a smile on their face and were joking with me, which lightened the mood and started the visit off not so seriously. Ashley took my images and assisted with the procedure.
