From the time I first called to inquire about scheduling endodontic treatment to the end of my 2nd appointment I am thoroughly impressed and thankful for my interactions. Every staff member was sincerely interested in the appointment and the details to make it as smooth as possible. The Dr. and all were very courteous and listened to what I (the [patient) had to say. Office and patient areas were every neat and clean. All in all, a stress free environment. Of all the various dental profession appointments I have had, I actually enjoyed this one!! I work with Dr. Munn professionally and I can truly say from a clinical perspective. She is an amazing clinician. She has amazing technical skills paired with a soft and gentle, personal touch. My patience always come back, saying Rave reviews from her treatment and she has an excellent bedside manner. I will continue to send her patience, and if you’re in doubt on who to do your root canal, you should actually consider Joyce Munn. Second visit to Magnolia Endodontics / Dr. Munn. From the moment I entered office, I was warmly greeted by front staff (remembered me from previous visit). Efficient check in process/preparation for procedure. Dr. Munn is kind, compassionate and expertly skilled at what she does. I had to have a root canal, Dr. Munn did a fantastic job. I didn't feel anything. They were very kind with great bedside manner helped me to feel completely at ease and comfortable. I would highly recommend.
