My mother never has lights! It could be sunshine outside and her lights will go off for hours. This happens almost every other day... It is way too hot for people to be without electricity like this!! M.E.P really needs to fix whatever the issues are so this stops happening.

I truly hate to have to deal with these people, I truly wish Entergy was a power resource where I live, I’ve been a recent customer (2/2026) and have paid on time until July, was in a car accident and had to miss work and owed 64.00 with a due date of the 10th and was told that if I didn’t pay it by Monday my power will be off, asked if I could have til Friday (4 days later) and was rudely and arrogantly denied. It breaks my heart.. truly!

Been over six weeks of barely any contact after trying to get power to a new trailer. They call and refuse to leave a voicemail even after being informed in person at their office that the person they are calling works nights and is asleep during the day. By far the most infuriating experience with any company I've ever had to deal with.
