Me and my mother share a house, I’m in school and she works her butt off to make the money we pay this company. Today we were overcharged by $40-$50 being that we pay day by day. One of MAGNOLIA IS ELECTRIC EMPLOYEES hung up on my mom after she started crying, due to being unable to pay an ungodly and wrong amount of money. This is completely unprofessional and to be quite frank with you Magnolia Electric, you should be aware of your 2 star rating and do something about it. This is unacceptable. Period.
The wind we had knocked out our power. We have been without Electricity for 42 hours. There are NO electrical trucks in the area repairing down wires that trees have knocked down. The Elderly and disabled in our community are the ones that suffers the most. Magnolia Power we have had more people moving back into the rural areas and we the People Need for you all to keep up with the demands of our communities.
Straight ripoff had a glitch staring I owed over 7,000 then took the balance I had left off during the glitch now they charging me 21 dollars for 1 day after supposedly correcting the glitch representative say the reading was correct but couldn't explain what happened to my remaining balance that was taken during this glitch this company are thieves period
