Mitch helped me out tremendously today when I had an accident in my f650 service truck and needed a winch out. Nobody else within 100 miles would pick up the phone but Mitch came out and got me out at 6 o’clock on a Sunday morning (Father’s Day) Thank you Magnolia Diesel for making the 2 hour round trip and getting me out a bind! Cannot recommend these folks enough!
If you need anything coming through West Point this the place to stop by got me in and out with my drive axle gasket OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
Awesome shop!!! My truck went down about 10 miles from this place. It had a leak from the water pump that got into my wiring harness, causing the truck to shut down. They fixed the problem fast at a decent price!
I had a coworker name of Jay who came out to help me with my box truck not starting. He has really good customer service and remain professional at all times. He's a very good guy and I'm glad that you have a guy like that on your team.
This place really goes out of its way to help you out. Mike in service is great. They really treated a new customer very well. They get five stars for me. And I am hard to please when it comes to diesel mechanics and service says a lot
