Re our experience with MAGNOLUA DENTAL Although I regret the fiasco with Physician's Mutual wasting Both your staff and our time, I was fully prepared to pay out of pocket. Even an exam, xray, and checkup, to see where we stand, was preferable to leaving not knowing anything. I realize you are not in Network, I realize he may need extensive treatment. Went in and staff was horribly rude. Vey sad that there wasnt even anyone in there. If i was the dentist or this was my office... today someone the older short haired redhead would have been fired. No excuse for that behavior.. period
I have been bringing my children to Magnolia Dental for the past 3 1/2 years and I will say that the service has been impeccable. Dr. Hall and his staff has always made us feel welcome from the time we walk through the door to start our visit down to when we would leave and they always made me feel as though I have made the best choice possible when it came to their dental care. Excellent, excellent patient care by Melissa and Dr Hall. They both took extra time and effort to make my kids feel comfortable with their check up. My son was terrified when he sat in the chair, and after five minutes with Melissa he was comfortable and finished the cleaning happy and no longer scared. That’s a big deal to watch your son with sensory issues receive that extra attention he needs to be comfortable with something so important to long term health. I was thoroughly impressed.
