Great experience here! They tuned up my boys’ bikes and made them safe, all while giving me information on the why behind the what. Kenz was outstanding in his knowledge and advice! I didn’t feel sold to, just felt like I was talking to a buddy. Thank you, Michael, for running a great place that cares more than just the bottom line.
I took my over 30 year old bicycle in for its first tune up, brakes, and new tires. The staff at Magnolia Cycles were all pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and most importantly, I believe they charged a fair price for the work done. I will recommend to my friends.

I cannot sing the praises enough for this shop! Michael and his team are top notch and care about their customers. I purchased a boxed bike and had it delivered to Magnolia to assemble and calibrate. The bike arrived with a cracked frame. I was so disappointed but Michael came to the rescue and helped me get a replacement, and it didn't stop there!
