Great experience at Magnolia Cycles. Walked in with a shifting issue the week before Big Sugar and they immediately found a bent derailleur hanger, straightened it, checked my chain, and dialed in the rear derailleur. Had me back out the door in about 15 minutes. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’ll definitely be back for service.

We stopped in to see if they had a dropper post lever after I broke mine unexpectedly. Although they didn't have a lever in stock the guy was very nice and seemed to have a good shop to visit. Thanks anyways!!

I brought my bike in for a “catch” in the steering. It’s hard to describe, but my Specialized almost had a “notch” in the center position, which was apparent every time I rode. They diagnosed and fixed my issue quickly and efficiently. So thankful for their knowledge and expertise!

I was in a bit of a pinch but Magnolia stepped in to help. 24hr turnaround for a shock and fork 50hr service kept me on track for my trip to Santa Fe for a stage race. Thanks again guys, you rock!
