I was in a bit of a pinch but Magnolia stepped in to help. 24hr turnaround for a shock and fork 50hr service kept me on track for my trip to Santa Fe for a stage race. Thanks again guys, you rock!
I waited 3 weeks to post this review just to be fair and simmer down about my terrible experience with Magnolia Cycles. I bought a used E-MTB from a private seller. I new it had been neglected by its previous owner. So straight to Magnolia it went. I based my choice to go here on google reviews and the alleged voted "best bike shop" moniker. Do not go here. Paid 300$ for a "Comprehensive fit". They where helping other customers while I was getting fit, they didn't measure anything. Basically just pushed my saddle way too low and push my cleats back and said go try it. 300 dollars gone.
