So happy I went with Magnolia Custom Pools. The backyard of my new house was awful. Doug not only worked with me on pool design but ultimately helped me remodel the whole thing. I appreciated, as a single mom, that they offered contractor suggestions to do the extras not covered under the contract. They coordinated everything between everyone. Doug and Tessa were professional, communicative and a pleasure to work with. The product that they produced was absolutely incredible! We have a small back yard to work with but they absolutely maximized our space. In addition, we had a small issue that needed to be addressed after construction and they jumped right on it. I highly recommend this company.

Despite spending over $200,000, the project was delayed by months, their property was damaged—including a broken waterfall and a persistent leak under the grass—and the company has refused to take responsibility. They ignore calls and messages, failing to honor their contract. It’s disappointing to see them run from their obligations. Based on what I’ve witnessed, I strongly advise others to be cautious before working with them.
