Doug and Tessa were professional, communicative and a pleasure to work with. The product that they produced was absolutely incredible! We have a small back yard to work with but they absolutely maximized our space. In addition, we had a small issue that needed to be addressed after construction and they jumped right on it. I highly recommend this company.
I cannot say enough great things about the team at Magnolia Custom Pools. From start to finish, their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to quality is truly outstanding. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, respectful, and went above and beyond.
My brother and his family had an extremely frustrating experience with Magnolia Custom Pools. Despite spending over $200,000, the project was delayed by months, their property was damaged—including a broken waterfall and a persistent leak under the grass—and the company has refused to take responsibility. They ignore calls and messages, failing to honor their contract. It’s disappointing to see them run from their obligations. Based on what I’ve witnessed, I strongly advise others to be cautious before working with them.
We worked with Kurt from Magnolia Custom Pools on a pool project, and while he was friendly, our overall experience was extremely disappointing. The project was planned in February and started in June, with an estimated completion time of 6–8 weeks. However, it was not finished until December 13—more than three months late.
