They built my house here in the Oaks and they will build any other houses I have built. Very professional and dream to work with, you will not be disappointed.

Our family completed construction of our forever home 12/2022. Magnolia was pleasure to work with. They set expectations at the beginning of the build and follow through. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed, usually within hours. I’m not saying everything went without problems, just that Magnolia communicated with us and explained so that we understood. They have good subcontractors who did quality work and stayed on top of everything. I can’t express enough how pleased we were with Magnolia Custom Homes
After speaking with several home builders in the area, we decided on Magnolia and I am so glad we did. Building a home can be very stressful. They made the experience enjoyable. Scott, Jonathan, Lynn and the rest of the Magnolia team are incredibly professional and caring. They respond promptly to any questions, have great advice and truly care about your happiness with your new home. We love our new home which turned out better than we could have imagined.
