We recently completed a full home renovation with Magnolia and we couldn’t be happier! From start to finish, the team was professional and reliable. They took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life. The communication throughout the project was excellent and they kept us up to date through every stage. I recommend having nothing to do with Magnolia. Ask trades who have worked with them. Be aware as homeowner that if trades/subcontractors/suppliers aren’t paid they can lien your property even if you paid the general contractor. Put owners name in google and “Project Bulldog” in Ottawa and see what you find. Update: Added some photos of the judgments and actions the Magnolia and Joey Peloso are facing. Hopefully this can help you make an informed decision about whether you should work with this company.

I recently had my ensuite bathroom renovated by Magnolia, and I am super happy with the results. The washroom looks fantastic! Joey, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. The entire renovation process went as smoothly as I could have hoped for. Joey was honest and upfront in all our conversations, which I really appreciated. I would definitely rehire them for future projects.
