I went onto Magnolia’s website and did exactly as I was instructed to do and set up an appointment for today. The timeslot was available. I selected it. Everything was set and I was waiting for them to come and service my air conditioner. I have a text that says they will be here at this time and then I receive a call saying nope there is no appointment for me today and there is not an appointment for me for another three days that is NOT HOW YOU TREAT A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER AND THAT IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
