Great Customer Service and Flexible Scheduling for All your Carpent Needs
The tech was very nice! But they did not remove the smell of the dog urine in the room. They up charged for pet treatment but I can't even tell they did anything, I would say it smells worse. Update they came back and fixed the problem and did a great job!

Two years ago, we used a generic online search to locate Magnolia Carpet Cleaners. We gave them a try because the reviews at the time seemed positive. Travis has been fantastic to work with; we get our carpets cleaned twice a year. He offers excellent customer service. He performs an excellent job, is extremely friendly, and follows up a week later to see if there were any problems with the carpet drying.
Travisphoned me the day after I wrote my review because he was worried about my skepticism and wanted to make things right. He concurred that they had been rushed because of an unexpected circumstance that had forced them to fall behind. He volunteered to return and perform more cleaning. I chose to accept his offer mainly concentrating on those places because my carpet is old and has some tracking patterns. It's remarkable that a business would make an effort to offer a service of this caliber.
