Bad bad customer service. Accused me of lying regarding being erroneously charged for a $20 car wash plus an $8 carwash which was the one I wanted. Was forced to take the $20 wash also (don't believe it was) when I returned for a credit after seeing the two charges on my bank statement Lorenzo said management or owner not there and couldn't give me info on how to reach them.
