Express home are build to not last they just don't care. They are built to close to each other. I would never buy one
Before you buy here, go look at the roofs on the houses that are about a year or two old. That's what you'll have to forward to. To put it in perspective, I called a roofing supply company that is 35 minutes away from here. When I told the guy what shingles I was looking for, he responded, "you must be calling from that Magnolia neighborhood". He said that I was probably the 200th home owner from the neighborhood to call looking for those shingles.
Before you buy here, go look at the roofs on the houses that area about a year or two old. That's what you'll have to forward to.
