The appointment was amazing and they were very attentive and personable. However, I was NOT told when purchasing that nothing was returnable. I received my beautiful dress and shoes recently and unfortunately the shoes do not fit. I called to see if I could return them and they said no. When I inquired why I was not told this during the appointment they said it was on the receipt that you signed and “I’m sorry if you did not read it”. Emma at Magnolia Bridal House made my experience seamless! We had the whole bridal house to ourselves so that I could have her undivided attention. She paid attention to every detail and things I mentioned during our consultation. She is the most sweetest person, beautiful inside and out! I am so beyond thankful for the experience I had at Magnolia Bridal and with Emma. Emma truly listened to my wants in a Wedding gown and found me the perfect dress to say yes to! I found one dress I loved but decided to wait on making a decision on Saturday.
