I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing. Booked a deep cleaning service a week in advance. They showed up 45 minutes late with no call or apology. The two cleaners seemed rushed and disinterested from the start. They barely dusted anything—cobwebs still hanging in corners. Floors were sticky after they were “mopped.” Toilets were still dirty, and the bathroom mirrors had streaks. Kitchen counters weren’t wiped properly, and crumbs were left behind.
