I have been purchasing clothing from this company for years, having spent thousands upon thousands of dollars. I inquired about them canceling and refunding a recent order that had not been processed, packaged or shipped and they flat our refused because they would incur a small fee for canceling the order. Used to love shopping with this brand. The free shipping on any order, no minimum and free returns is what I loved most about them. It’s what made this boutique stand out from the rest. Now it’s way overpriced and I have to lose 10 dollars to return an item, and not for nothing, you guys now send WAY too many emails a day and I officially unsubscribed. You’ve become annoying, and just like all the rest. Greedy. I used to buy from this brand ALL the time, now I have no desire.

I use to love this store but their selection of sizes in clothes is ridiculous. Out of 189 dresses available only 15 are available in extra large and only 2 available in extra small. Not size inclusive at all. They blame it on who they purchase from but have not made any changes to find other size inclusive brands. They have cute trendy clothes but are NOT inclusive.

The quality of the jacket is amazing and it fits perfectly. The delivery time was perfect and customer service got back to me very quickly with what I needed.
