Stopped here to grab a treat. Service was wonderful and I felt special. I snagged a piece of cake for later and a cookie for the journey home. Both were delicious. I will certainly return.
I’ve been buying from Magnolia for many years at the Greenwich Village location and the upper west side. Pastries are the best. Today I didn’t get to make a purchase as I waited a very long time while customers in front of me (1 person buying with 2 people just taking up space)took their time to decide on their purchase and all three decided to spread out not allowing other customers to place their orders. I got the strawberry shortcake pudding which was good! I prefer the banana pudding. Service is friendly.
UPDATE: Thank you Magnolia management for reaching out and addressing my concerns. I appreciate the professionalism and willingness to make things right. It’s clear that management values their customers. Not the place for coffee. It was totally watered down.
