My car broke down on the highway and we had it towed to Magnolia Auto repair. So lucky that it ended up here! Tom was able to quickly diagnose the issue and he even sent me videos showing what had gone wrong. Tom and his team were incredibly helpful in a tough situation. Would definitely come back again!
People weren't kidding when they said this place was the best in El Cajon. Tom sent me videos as his team looked at various parts of my vehicle and updated the quote for repairs accordingly. I just picked up my vehicle a few hours ago and it runs like a dream. I'm making Magnolia Auto Repair my go to shop for anything to do with my car.
When our home (1986 Toyota dolphin camper) broke down late at night in a rainstorm on the freeway they greeted us the next morning bright and early! Replaced our alternator the next day and we were back on the road! So grateful! We made it all the way back to east coast of Canada a few months later and it worked like a charm! Thanks!
Best auto repair shop in town !!!! Called ahead and told Tom what was going on with my 2015 Acura TLX . He diagnosed my car and told me what was wrong and why it wasn’t starting n why it was overheating . Replaced my starter and fixed my coolant leak in a couple of hours . Fast . Reliable . Honest . Very helpful . Highly recommended.
I want to say thanks to Tom and his crew i took my 2018 chevy tahoe to the dealership for some problems the dealer ship couldn't find anything tom and his crew found the problem right away i recommend him easy to work with the best in east county thanks tom and his crew
