Low quality building materials use. The cracks in my home are awful. I have never seen so many cracks in a new home.
The project manager for this community, Zach Brock is an awesome person to work with. He is very detail oriented and strives to make sure everything is done correctly and nothing falls through the cracks. I had to have a few things addressed in my follow-up and he coordinated and stayed on top of all the repairs and made sure everything was done correctly. Zach is an positive and awesome person to work and in my experience one of the best from Dr Horton.
My wife were in the market for a house and we looked at a few existing homes in this neighborhood. It appeared to me that this builder's goal is to get homes up as quickly as possible and as cheaply as possible with little concern for the home owner. The poor quality in craftmanship can be seen on the interior of the home. They also pack in houses like sardines leaving you very little outdoor space.
