The office staff is more concerned about their schedule than the needs of a dying dog. She had no empathy. We never saw the vet. The manager made a medical decision and told us to leave. Found out later that day from a respectable vet that my dog has cancer and a short time to live. They cannot accept constructive criticism. When you plead and advocate for your fur baby it falls on deaf ears. They think your behavior is rude. They expect you to sheepishly say okay, and walk away.
