We bought a used car from Andre Magno and gave him ALL the cash ahead of time but he will not give us the pink slip. It's been over a month; he is ditching our calls, we show up at his shop & he send us away saying he is eating lunch and refuse to give us the pink slip as he promised. We bought the car from him because his brother is a family friend. We trusted him & gave him the cash ahead of time. He is rude, disrespectful & racist. He keep ditching our calls, our visits & refuse to give us the pink slip !!!
